More About Me
A resident of the Washington, D.C. metro area for over 30 years, Jodie entered real estate with a background in event management and catering sales, where attention to detail and exceptional service were everything. From the beginning, she has believed real estate is less about making a sale and more about guiding people through meaningful life transitions with care and steadiness.

Over time, Jodie noticed something important. Buying or selling a home is often emotional as well as financial. Wanting to better support clients through the human side of change, she returned to graduate school to train in clinical mental health counseling. That experience deepened the way she works, helping her listen closely, stay calm under pressure, and guide clients so they feel informed and grounded every step of the way. Today, she brings both real estate expertise and a therapist’s perspective to her work, offering a steady, relationship-centered approach that helps people feel confident and cared for during life’s biggest moves.

In addition to her real estate practice, Jodie also works as a therapist, supporting individuals and couples through life transitions, grief, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Both roles reflect the same core commitment to helping people navigate change with clarity and confidence.

Fiercely loyal, honest, and creative, Jodie builds lasting relationships with her real estate clients, many of whom become friends. When she is not working, she enjoys time with family and friends, renovating her home in Hollin Hills, and pursuing her love of food, wine, yoga, dance, and art.
